Dear Mr. Oman:
The Metropolitan Council Environmental Services Division has reviewed the SAC
assignment for the Orono Woods. The original letter for this determination was dated
December 21, 2001. This project is located within the City of Orono.
This project should be charged 49 SAC Units, instead of the 62 units originally assigned.
The SAC review is based on new updated information. This determination follows:
