I, James L. Kurth, Surveyor, do hereby certify that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 508, Minnesota
Statutes of 1949, as amended, have surveyed a tract of land in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota to wit:
That part of Government Lot 4, Section 9, Township 117 Range 23 described as commencing at a point on
the west line of said Government Lot 4, distant 2878.55 feet south of the North Quarter corner of said Section 9;
thence South 69 degrees, 49 minutes East, 403.07 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing South 69 degrees
49 minutes East, 435.35 feet; thence South 24 degrees, 04 minutes West to the shore of Lake Minnetonka; thence westerly
along said shoreline to an intersection with a line bearing South 9 degrees, 39 minutes West from the actual point of
beginning; thence North 9 degrees, 39 minutes East to the actual point of beginning.
For the purposes of this description, the west line of said Government Lot 4 is assumed to bear South 00 degrees, 48
minutes, 31 seconds West.
I hereby certify that the survey shown herein is a correct delineation of said survey.
