Description:
That part of Government Lot 5, Section 9, Township 117 North,
Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, described as
follows: Beginning at a point in the centerline of County
Road No. 51, which point is 200 feet Westerly measured along
said centerline from the East line of said section; thence
deflecting to the left at an angle of 590 21' a distance of
621 feet to the shore of Crystal Bay, Lake Minnetonka; thence
Westerly along said lakeshore to its intersection with a line
drawn South 400 07' West from a point in the center of said
County Road No. 51 distant 437.4 feet due West of a point in
the East line of said section distant 1260 feet South of the
East quarter corner of said section; thence Worth 400 07'
East 523 feet more or less to the center of said County Road
thence Southeasterly along the centerline of said road to the
point of beginning.
