All that part of the vacated right of way of SCOTCH PINE LANE, as donated and dedicated by
DICON ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, which
lies southerly of the northwesterly continuation of the northeasterly line of LOT 4, BLOCK 1,
said DICON ADDITION;
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as SCOTCH PINE ADDITION and do hereby dedicate
to the public, for public use forever the drainage easement and the drainage and utility easements as
shown on the plat.
