of the Fifth Principal Meridian, described as fol-
lows: Beginning at the southeast corner of said
Northwest Quarter; thence west along the south line
of said Northwest Quarter a distance of 1020.6 feet;
thence north parallel with the west line of the
Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a dis-
tance of F54.5 feet; thence east parallel with said
south line a distance of 1018.1 feet to the east
line of said Northwest Quarter; thence south along
said east line a distance of F54.5 feet to the
point of beginning. Excepting therefrom a tract
described as follows: Beginning at the northwest
corner of the above described tract; thence east
along the north line thereof a distance of 290 feet;
thence south 75 feet; thence west 290 feet to the
west line of the above described tract; thence north
75 feet to the point of beginning of said exception.
