DRIVEWAY- EASEMENT
An easement for driveway purposes over and across the following described land:
Part of Lots 21, 22, 31 and 32, SKARP AND LINDQUISTI S FERNHILL, according to
the record plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
The centerline of said 20.00 foot driveway easement being described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 32, said SKARP AND LINDQUISTIS
FERNHILL; thence northerly along the easterly line of said Lot 32
a distance of 41,5 feet to the point of beginning of said
centerline to be described; thence deflecting to the left 87°161, a
distance of 161.60 feet; thence deflecting to the right 51°451, a dis-
tance of 45 feet, more or less, to a point on the north line of the
south 14.50 feet of said Lot 22 and there terminating.
The side l ines of said easement are to be lengthened or shortened as to
terminate in said easterly line of said Lot 32 and
said north line of the south 14.50 feet of Lot 22
