*Note: This survey indicates iron monuments marking the northwesterly fine of
said Lot 8 found in the field, which apparently mark the position of the la in the
Auditor's Subdivision as staked by former surveyors. The southeasterly ine of
said Lot 8 has been staked to accurately reflect the proper position of the Auditor's
Subdivision, based upon the location of the South quarter corner of se:ctbn 6,
Twp. 117 N., Rge 23 W. of the 5th Principal Meridian, and the reference
monument set on the south line of said Section 8. It may be necessary b
judicially determine the boundaries of the above described property.
This survey intends to show the boundaries of the above described prop)rty, as
staked by comers, and the location of an existing house, garage, and visitle
"hardcover" thereon. It does not purport to show any other improvements or
encroachments.
