Dear Ms. Carlson:
This letter is to confirm that my company, Stroh Engineering will be the structural
consulting engineer of record for the Amber Woods Office Centre project in Orono,
Minnesota. The structural plans will be prepared under my supervision. I also agree to
provide periodic observation during the course of construction to ensure compliance with
the structural plans.
A copy of the required 'Special Inspections' for this project Is attached. This will also be
required for the building permit application.
Note: we are temporarily unable to access our AutoCad files for this project. When
access is restored, final signed copies of the plans will be forwarded. Please accept my
apologies for the inconvenience.
