I hereby cert ify that this is a true and correct representation of a survey of the
boundaries o\•
Lots 43 and 44 and that part of vacated Charles Street which lies adjacent to
said Lot 43 between the extension easterly of the northerly and southerly lines
of said lot 43., all in ORONO ORCHARDS, according to the recorded plat thereof,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
And of the 1 cation of all buildings, if any, thereon, and all visible
