I hereby certify that in accordance with the provisions
of Chapter 508, Minnesota. Statutes of 1949 as amended.. I
have surveyed the following -described tract of land in the
County of .Hennepin and the State of Minnesota, to wit:
All that part of Government Lot 1, Section 26, and that
part of Government Lot 1, Section 35, all in Township 118
North, Range 23 West, described as follows: Beginning at
a point on the Southerly extension of the most Westerly
line of Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision No. 291, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, distant 190 feet North measured along
said Southerly extension, from the South line of
said Section 26; thence South along said Southerly
extension 190 feat; thence deflecting left 641
a distance of 30 feet to a point of curve; thence
along a tangential curve to the left, having a
radius of 75 feet and a delta angle of 550 a
distance of 71.99 feet; thence bortheasterwy on a
Line tangent to last -said curva: t(, a liar 165 feet
Fast of and parallel with said Southerly extension;
thence North along Last -said parallel line 163.2
feet more or less to a line drawn East from the
point of beginning perpendicular to said Southerly
extension; thence 'gest 165 feet to the point of
beginning; and that the survey shown herein is
a correct delineation of said Survey.
