Orono will collect this with the building permit and send to MCES per our normal procedures. 29 x$2,230=$64,670.00 Total MCES SAC to collect: $64,670.00 Total Wayzata SAC/WAC to collect: $76,995.00 Please ask me if you if have any questions! You are also correct that that the Outside-City WAC takes the place of the City WAC and is not in addition to the City WAC. Please let us know when it's the appropriate time for Wayzata to invoice Orono for the Wayzata WAC and SAC fees. I suspect the actual connections to water and sewer will not occur until the building is near completion sometime in 2012, but we will collect them now for pass-through now at the 2011 rate.
