To Whom it may concern
Your building at 875 Wayzata Blvd in Orono is vacant and has been broken into and
vandalized. The city has deemed the property to be hazardous due to the fact that the
building has been left open to trespass and has not been secured. This is an order to
secure the building as soon as possible. If the building has not been secured by 8-13-2007
the city will cause the building to be secured and the cost will be charged against the real
estate per state statute 463.251. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at
