zoning notification requirement.

RE: Licensing - 875 West Wayzata Blvd., Wayzata
Dear Bruce:
Per our phone conversation on May 25, 1995, I contacted the Department of Human
Services. I asked them to determine what information they would need from the Orono
zoning department to expedite the licensing process for the child care center currently
known as Busy Beaver in Wayzata. You indicated during our conversation that once you
had this information your office could put together a letter addressed to the Department of
Human Services. Following is the information which should be included in the letter:
The child care facility located at 875 West Wayzata Blvd., Wayzata,(to be acquired by
New Horizon Child Care) is in compliance with local zoning codes and we hereby waive
the 30 day zoning notification requirement.
This letter should be addressed and mailed to the following:
