You are being sent the following attachments in advance preparation for the February
256 work session:
Bill Jensen, Regional Vice President of Mediacom, will be present to discuss
cable and he has submitted the attached presentation which explains the
benefits of directly franchising with Mediacom instead of renewing with the
LMCC.
2. The LMCC sent the attached letter providing a negotiation update and stating
their first priority is the request for full build out. You have also received the
127 page Needs Assessment via email earlier this week. The executive
summary is attached for your reference. The LMCC is looking for feedback
from the cities on the report.
