The easement description contained in said document is poorly written and subject to interpretation. 6. The property is subject to conditions and restrictions contained in Declaration dated June 23, 2011. The location of said conditions and restrictions in favor of the Minnehaho Creek Watershed District, which are not mathematically defined, are best referenced by the attachments contained in said Declaration.
