HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES:
Lot 163, Winships Subdivision of Spring Park Lots;
Lot 76 and those parts of Lots 72 and 75 and of the vacated 18 foot alley Northeasterly
of and adjoining said Lot 72, Spring Park, which lie Southeasterly of a line drawn from
the most Easterly corner of said Lot 75 to a point on the Southwesterly line of said Lot
72, which point is also the most Easterly corner of Lot 162, Winships Subdivision of
Spring Park Lots; AND ALSO, that part of Lot 77 north of a line described as follows to
wit: Corrmencing at a point on the Easterly line of said Lot 77, 50 feet South of the
Northeast corner of said Lot 77; thence Westerly at right angles to the East line of said
Lot 77 a distance of 83.3 feet, more or less, to a point where said line intersects the
westerly line of said Lot 77, said point being 94.9 feet more or less, from the Northwest
corner of said Lot 77, all in Spring Park.
