Hi Chris,
We are still holding financial assurance for this project as well. The wetland portion of the project is not yet
complete/compliant, and is something the Country Club is still working on.
Let me know if you need additional information.

Good Morning,
It appears in 2009 the Wayzata Country Club received variance approval to convert a ditch with wetland qualities to a
pond and to excavate three areas to provide for replacement of the wetland and create 1.11 acre of wetland buffer. The
City still holds$7,500 in escrow money for the creation of the wetland buffer. Can you tell from your records if this was
inspected and/or completed from the MCWDs standpoint or if this is something we need follow up on in the Spring?
Thank you.
