Dear Mr. Oman:
The Metropolitan Council Environmental Services Division has determined SAC for the
Wayzata Country Club Remodel located at 200 W. Wayzata Blvd. within the City of
Orono.
This project should be charged no additional SAC Units. It is the Council's understanding
that this project is a remodel of the existing locker rooms and dining areas.
