Resolutions approving recent <br /> improvemnts have been filed against the Chain of Title of the <br /> property. <br /> The premises consist of six separate legal parcels within the <br /> City of Orono. Two of these parcels are outlots that were created in <br /> recent plats and were not reviewed for buildability nor for legal <br /> access. Some of the other parcels appear landlocked. If parcels are <br /> sold independently, a subdivision will be required providing either <br /> easement or private road (outlot) access to parcels.
