It is available between 8 and 4:30 at City offices. A permit application submitted by your contractor.. We can use the plans received yesterday. The contractor will be called when the permit is ready to be picked up. • The escrow agreement signed and returned. • The City provided with a copy of the MCWD permit or conditional approval. There may or may not be a City easement/covenant to be signed. The City Attorney is reviewing the easement/covenant the MCWD will require to determine if the City document would be redundant.
