HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution # 5789 .4 0.4,. 0 0 .A: CITY of ORONO "� 1 ,�� i�, ,+ G~ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL .<4 ��` , P,44, NO. 5 7 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR EXPANSION OF DECK AT WAYZATA COUNTRY CLUB PER SECTION 78-418(1) FILE NO. 08-3387 WHEREAS, Wayzata Country Club, Inc., a Minnesota non-profit corporation (hereinafter "the Owner") is the owner of the properties generally located at 200 Wayzata Boulevard West, within the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City"), and legally described on attached Exhibit A (hereinafter "the Property"); and WHEREAS, Jeffery Kreafle has made application on behalf of the Owner to the City of Orono for approval of a conditional use permit to allow expansion of the deck on the main building on the Property; and WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with Minnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning Commission held a public hearing on November 17, 2008, at which time all persons desiring to be heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota: FINDINGS 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File#08-3387. 2. The Planning Commission reviewed this application on November 17, 2008 and on a vote of 7 - 0 recommended approval of the conditional use permit. 4.
