Easement description for access to Lot 2 through the South part of Lot 1: An easement for driveway purposes over that part of Lot 1, Block 1, BEAU MARAIS which lies within feet on each side of the following iescribed centerline: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 2, Block 1, BEAU MARAIS; thence on an assumed bearing of South 89 degrees 20 minutes East along the South line of said Lot 2 a distance of 180 feet to the point of beginning of the centerline being described; thence South- erly, deflecting to the right 92 degrees a distance of 150 feet; thence deflecting to the left along a tangential curve concave to the Northeast with a radius of 375 feet and central angle of 42 degrees a distance of 274.89 feet; thence deflecting right along a tangential curve concave to the Southwest with a radius of 300 feet to its intersection with the South line of said Lot 1, and said centerline there ending.
