Dear Ms. Gerstenhaber
On September 24, 1993 an inspection was conducted at the above referenced property. The
building was found to meet the minimum requirements of the uniform building code as adopted
and amended by the State of Minnesota. The building is now approved as an E-3 occupancy
with a maximum occupant load of 29 (children and care givers combined). The building owner
is in the process of installing a fire sprinkler system which would allow a greater occupant load.
