Re: Pole shed permit
I inspected the property located at 4720 Watertown Rd on Monday August 9, 2010 looking at drainage
and any potential wetland issues. Painter's Creek encircles approx. half of the properties boundaries
and is contained by a discernable embankment on each side. The property is high and dry and well
drained. I walked the entire piece and did not encounter any wet soils. The property is mostly
hardwoods with some open grass area.
The area for the pole shed was staked. It is a level area and abuts the neighbors mowed yard. The
only wet area on the entire property is next to the driveway. The is a small area of cattails growing due
to a plugged or slow culvert.
