[mailto:kelly@@schoborgland.com] Sent: Wednesday, January 08, 2014 1:57 PM To: Melanie Curtis Subject: New Project at 4705 Watertown Rd Melanie, I just spoke with Derek Prchal (4705 Watertown Rd) regarding his proposal to remove the existing shed and build a bigger pole shed in its place. He says he needs a survey for the permit application. Would you confirm the survey requirements for this job are the same as the attached requirements list, or are there any changes to that list that would be specific to this job?Please also let me know if you have any existing surveys on this parcel or either of the two neighbors (4765 Watertown Rd& 630 Deborah Dr). I see that this parcel is also near some wetlands,but (based on the attached map from Hennepin County) it does not appear that they are on the subject parcel. Please confirm that a wetland inventory or delineation would NOT be necessary for this project. If you have Any other information pertinent to this project would be greatly appreciated,including,if possible, a right of way map for Watertown Road (Co. Rd. 6). Mr. Prchal would like our survey completed in time for the review board to receive his application by January 22nd, so I would be very grateful to get any information you can provide as soon as possible.
