I hereby certify that this is a true and correct representation of a survey of the boundaries of:
Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 522, Files of Registrar of Titles,
County of Hennepin.
Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 397, Files of Registrar of Titles,
County of Hennepin.
That part of Tract C lying Northeasterly of a line described as beginning at a
point on the Northwesterly line of _yid Tract C, 131.5 feet Northeasterly as
measured along said Northwesterly line from the most Westerly corner of said
Tract C; thence Southeasterly in a =straight line to the ordinary low water mark
on Brown's Day through a point on tie traverse line along Brown's Bay, Lake
Minnetonka, as shown on said Regi:lered Land Survey No. 397, said point being
101.00 feet distant, as measured along said traverse line from the Southwesterly
line of said Tract C. Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin.
And of the location of all buildings, if any, the reon, and all visible encroachments, if any, from
or on said land. It also shows the location of :he stakes as set for a proposed building. As
surveyed by me, or under my direct supervision, this 3rd day of October, 1979.
