LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PREMESIS:
That part of Government Lot 3, Section 36, Township 118, Range 23, lying South of a line parallel with and 675 feet South of
the North line of said Lot (said North line being assumed to have a bearing of East for purposes of this description), and lying
North of a line parallel with and 269.6 feet North, measured at right angles, from the South line of said Lot and lying Westerly
of a line described as follows: Beginning at a point 675 feet South of said North line and 830.75 feet West of the East line of
said Lot; thence South 56 degrees 10 minutes West 58.6 feet; thence South 55 degrees 29 minutes West, 50 feet; thence
South 29 degrees 46 minutes West 50 feet; thence South 15 degrees 27 minutes West, 50 feet; thence South 8 degrees 56
minutes West to said line parallel with and 269.6 feet North of, measured at right angles to, the South line of said Lot and
there ending.
Also: That part of Government Lot 3, Section 36, Township 118, Range 23, described as follows: Commencing at a point in
the East line of said Section 36, distant 675 feet South of the Northeast corner thereof; thence West parallel with the North
line of said Government Lot 3 a distance of 1088.07 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be described;
thence East along last said parallel line 220 feet; thence Northwesterly deflecting to the left at an angle of 160 degrees 19
minutes a distance of 233.65 feet; thence Southerly to the actual point of beginning.
Together with an easement over a strip of land 30 feet in width lying 15 feet on each side of the North line of the first above

from the South line of said Government Lot 3, lying Westerly of a line described as follows: Beginning at a point 675 feet South
of the North line of said Lot (said North line being assumed to have a bearing of East for purposes of this description) and
830.75 feet West of the East line of said lot; thence South 56 degrees 10 minutes West, 58.6 feet; thence South 55 degrees
29 minutes West, 50 feet; thence South 29 degrees 46 minutes West, 50 feet; thence South 15 degrees 27 minutes West,
17.9 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as Point A; thence South 15 degrees 27 minutes West 32.1 feet; thence South 8
