We hereby certify that this is a true and correct plat of a survey of:

That part of Government Lot 3, Section 36, Township 118, Range 23, described as folicws: Beginning at a point 675 feet south of the North line and 830.75 feet west of
the East line of said lot; thence South 56°-10' West, 58.6 feet; thence South 55°-29' west, 50 feet; thence South 291-46' West, 50 feet; thence South 15* -27' West,
17.9 feet; thence South 69Q-27' West to the shore of Lydiard Lake; thence northwesterly along said shore line to an intersection with a line drawn west from the point
of beginning and parallel with the North line of said Lot; thence east along said parallel line to the point of beginning. Subject to and together with an easement
for road purposes over a strip of land 30 feet in width lying 15 feet on each side of the North line.:of the above described tract. Subject to and together with an
easement for road purposes over a strip of land 30 feet in -width being 15 fee+ on each side of the following described center line, towit: Beginning at a point in
the East line of said lot, distant 675 feet south of the Northeast corner thereof; thence west parallel with the North line of said lot, 830.75 feet; thence

For purposes of this description the North line of said Government Lot 3 is assumed to be a due East and West line.
