That part of the North Half cf the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section
36, Township 118 North Range 23 West of the 51h Principal Meridian, and of
Government Lot 3, in said rection 36, described as follows: Commencing at a point on
the South line of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said
Section 36, distant 825.42 feet East of the Southwest corner of said North Half of the
Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence North at right angles to said South
line, 344.5 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be described;
thence West parallel with the South line of said North Half of the Southeast Quarter of
the Northeast Quarter, 407.42 feet, more or less, to an intersection with a line drawn
from a point in the South line of said North Half of the Southeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter, distant 391 feet East of the southwest corner of said North Half of the
Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, to a point distant 675 feet South of the
North line and 830.75 feet West of the East line of aforesaid Government Lot 3 in said
