LEGAL DESCRIPTION

Fairway Hills Addition, lying Southeasterly of a line drawn from -a point
on the Southwesterly line of said Lot 2 distant 25.00 feet Northwesterly `
of the Southeast corner of said Lot 2 to a point on the Easterly line
of said Lot 2 distant 66.63 feet Northerly of the Southeast corner of
said Lot 2;
Par 2: An undivided 1/2 interest in Outlot A, Fairway Hills Addition,
except that part of Outlot A, Fairway Hills Addition, lying Westerly of a
line drawn Northeasterly from a point on the West line of said Outlot A,
distant 66.63 feet Northerly from the Southwest corner of said Outlot A
to a point on the Northwest line of said Outlot A, distant 312.82 feet
Southwesterly from the most Northerly corner of said Outlot A;
