before Judge Gary Larson on March 12, 1991. The matter was
continued for dismissal.
DISPOSITION: The charges against Mr. Freeman were continued for
dismissal for six months on the following terms and conditions :
1. That all wells on the property be made legal and
safe;
2 . That all debris on the property be picked up; and
3 . The defendant pay $75 in prosecution costs payable
to the City of Orono.
