You have asked me to comment on the buildability of the property
referenced above. The property is located in the RR-1A, Rural
Residential Zoning District requiring 5 acres of dry buildable area
and 300' of width measured at the 100' street setback line. The
property appears to meet both the area and width requirements as the
property has 5.76 acres of dry buildable area and the property is
300+' measured at the 100' street setback.
