This survey Aiows a possible future route for the draining of this storn-i water to the lake. Because governmental approvals and cooperation of adjoining property owners would be required for such a solution and because time is short for the client to begin building his new home, he has elected to defer such a solution until and if he can obtain approvals and cooperation. For now, the swale portrayed north of the proposed home could be raisi�d and made to flow both east and west from a high point in the Swale as shown in the detail and labeled "temporary solution". The swale in the eastern part of the property shall be constructed and drained to the existing 12 inch plastic pipe.
