EASEMENT DESCRIPTION:
An easement for drainage purposes over, under and across that part of Lots 3 and
4, Block 3, CRYSTAL BAY VIEW, Hennepin County, Minnesota described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 3; thence on an assumed bearing of
North 83 degrees 26 minutes 26 seconds West along the south line of said Lots 3
and 4 a distance of 68.50 feet; thence North 12 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds
East a distance of 80.00 feet; thence North 46 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds
East a distance of 38.00 feet; thence North 13 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds
East a distance of 55.00 feet; thence South 85 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds
East a distance of 28.87 feet to the east line of said Lot 3; thence South 6
degrees 37 minutes 29 seconds West along said east line a distance of 164.00
feet to the point of beginning.
