LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES:
That part of Tract A, lying Northerly of the following described line:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of Tract B; thence Southwesterly
along a line drawn through a point on the base line shown on Registered
Land Survey, 80 feet Northwesterly from its intersection with the South-
easterly line of said Tract A, to the shore of Lake Minnetonka and there
terminating; and
That part of Tract B, lying Southerly of a line drawn parallel with and 50 feet
Southerly from the Northerly line of said Tract B, said 50 feet being 50 feet
measured along the Easterly line of said Tract B;
All in Registered Land Survey No. 394.
Together with an easement for driveway purposes over a strip of land 12 feet wide,
beginning at the most Easterly corner of Tract C in said Registered Land Survey
No. 394 and terminating at the most Southerly corner of said Tract C, the Northerly
line of said easement being parallel with and 12 feet; Northerly of the Southerly lines
