All of Lot 94 and all that part of Lot 93 lying Northwesterly of a line running full length of and in said Lot
93 parallel with and 30 feet distant from the Southeasterly line of said Lot 93, and all that part of Lot 104
lying Northwesterly of a line running the full length of and in said Lot 104 parallel with and 30 feet distant
from the Southeasterly line of said Lot 104, together with all that parcel of land lying between the
Northwesterly line of said Lot 94 and a line parallel with and 30 feet distant Northwesterly from the
Southeasterly line of said Lot 93 as the some are extended to the shore of Lake Minnetonka, all in Spring
