2) Flood Zone Information: This property is contained in Zone X (area determined to be outside the 0.2% annual chance floodplain) and Zone AE (Areas subject to inundation by
the 1 -percent -annual -chance flood event determined by detailed methods. Base Flood Elevations determined, EL 931.) per Flood Insurance Rate Map, Community Panel No.
27053CO311 E, effective date of September 2, 2004.
3) Parcel Area Information: The Gross land area is 24,136 +/- square feet or 0.554 +/- acres.
4) Benchmark Elevation: Elevations are based on MN/DOT Geodetic Database Station Name: ELWELL which has an elevation of: 980.362 feet (NAVD88).
