LIMITATIONS:
The scope of our services for this job is as follows:
1. Showing the length and direction of boundary lines of the above legal description. The scope
of our services does not include determining what you own, which is a legal matter. Please
check the legal description with your records or consult with competent legal counsel, if necessary,
to make sure that it is correct, and that any matters of record, such as easements, that you wish shown
on the survey, have been shown.
2. Showing the location of existing improvements we deemed important.
3. Setting new monuments or verifying existing monuments to mark the corners of the property.
4. Showing existing spot elevations necessary to show elevation differences on the site.
5. While we show a proposed location for this home, we are not as familiar with your house plans as
you and your architect and/or builder are. Check our proposed location and siting of the home and
_yard grades carefully to see that they match your plans before construction begins. Also, we are not as
familiar with local codes as the local building official and zoning official in this community are. Be
sure to show this survey to these officials, or any other officials that may have jurisdiction over the
home and its siting, and obtain their approvals before beginning construction.
6. We have provided a benclunark for your use in determining elevations for construction on this site,
use that benchmark and nothing else for that purpose. Check the elevation of at Ieast one other feature
shown to verify your elevations.

PROPOSED LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT:
A 10 foot easement for drainage and utility purposes lying 5 feet on each side of the following
described line: Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 14, Block 4, CASCO HEIGHTS, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, thence South 12 degrees 18 minutes 18 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the
easterly line of said Lot 14 a distance of 99.34 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described;
thence South 75 degrees 43 minutes 36 seconds West 54.89 feet; thence North 52 degrees 41 minutes
51 seconds West 43.86 feet; thence North 6 degrees 32 minutes 28 seconds West 35.57 feet to the
westerly line of Lot 15 in said Block 4 and there terminating. Sidelines of said easement are to be
lengthened or shortened to terminate on the sideline of said Lots 14 and 15.
