1. Avoid compaction in septic area before, during and
after construction
2. Trenches are to be installed parallel to the contours and the
trench excavations are not to exceed a maximum depth of
24"
inches below the existing ground surface.
3. Verify before dri/ling that no septic tanks or drainrields
are within a 50 foot radius of proposed well location.
(100 feet for shallow well)
4. Verify before construction that no shallow wells are within
100 feet, or deep wells within 50 feet of proposed septic
tanks or drain field area.
5. To extend the life of septic system pump septic tanks o
minimum of every 2 years
6. See attached sheets for additional construction detoils.
7. Soil classified as Hubbard loamy sand (HbO) 12-189 slooes,
according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture soil Survey
