Notes. -
1. Avoid compaction in septic area before, during and
after construction
2. Trenches are to be instal/ed parallel to the contours and the
trench excavations are not to exceed a maximum depth of
24” inches below the existing ground surface.
J. Verify before drilling that no septic tanks or drainflelds
ore within a 50 foot rodius of proposed well location.
(100 feet for shallow well)
4. Verify before construction that no shallow wells ore within
100 feet, or deep wells within 50 feet of proposed septic
tanks or drainfie/d area.
5. To extend the life of septic system pump septic tanks a
minimum of every 2 years
6. See attached sheets for additional construction details
7. Soil Classified as Hubbard loamy sand (HbD) 12-189 slopes,
according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture soil Survey
