LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter,
Section 3, Township 117, Range 23, all described as beginning at a point on the West line of said Southwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter distant 492.4 feet North from the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence
North along the said West line 30 feet; thence East parallel with the South line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
a distance of 443 feet; thence North parallel with said West line a distance of 425 feet; thence West parallel said South line 443 feet
to said West line; thence North along said West line and its extension to a line drawn parallel with and 15 feet North from the
South line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence East along the last mentioned parallel line to a point thereon
75 feet West from its intersection with the East line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence Southeasterly
106.31 feet, more or less, to a point on the East line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter distant 60 feet South from
the Northeast corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence South along said East line to a point 492.4 feet
North from the Southeast comer of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence West parallel with the South line of said
Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter to the point of beginning, said last described parallel line being marked by Judicial
Landmarks set pursuant to Torrens Case No. 6968
except that part thereof embraced within the plat of Fox Ridge, according to the Government Survey thereof.
