vision, and that I am a duly registered Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor under
the laws of the State of Minnesota.

DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES:
C, Registered Land Survey No. 565, Files of
tray of Titles, County of Hennepin, and undivided
interest in Lots 10 and 11, in "Auditor's Sub-
division Number 349, Hennepin County, Minnesota",
according to the plat thereof on file or of record in
the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said
County.
Together with a perpetual easement for driveway pur-
poses to be used in common with the owners from time
to time of the other tracts in said Registered Land
Survey No. 555, over Tracts C, H, and I and over a
strip of liand 10 feet in width adjoining the Northerly
line of Tract I, the Southerly line of which is the
Northerly line of said Tract I, as shown in deed Doc.
No. 499698, Files of Registrar of Titles.
This survey intends to show the boundaries of the
above described property, and the location of an exist-
ing house, and other visible "hardcover" thereon. It
does not purport to show any other improvements or
encroachments.
