4. Showing existing spot elevations necessary to show elevation differences on the site.
5. While we show a proposed location for this home, we are not as familiar with your house plans as
you and your architect and/or builder are. Check our proposed location and siting of the home and

sure to show this survey to these officials, or any other officials that may have jurisdiction over the
home and its siting, and obtain their approvals before beginning construction.
6. We have provided a benchmark for your use in determining elevations for construction on this site,

7. The plat of Morse Island Park Second Addition is old and contains mathematical inconsistencies 20" MAPLE 30
and we find iron monuments marking the corners of your lot and show the dimensions of the lot as
determined by those iron monuments. To be sure of the boundaries, legal action would be necessary to 961.2
have a judge determine the boundaries, since the monuments and distances on the plat do not agree. 0961.2 /
Since considerable time and money would be involved in such an undertaking both from a legal and 12" MAPLE
