East of the Easterly lines of Lots 21, 22, 23, and East of a
line drawn from the Southeasterly corner of Lot 21 to the
Northeasterly corner of Lot 20 and lying North of a line
erected perpendicular to the last described line at a point
thereon 15 feet Southerly from the Southeasterly corner of
Lot 21 and extending to the shore of Lake Minnetonka, all in
Morse Island Park. Hennepin County, Minnesota.
The only easements shown are from plats of record or information
provided by client.
We hereby certify that this is a true and correct represertation of a
survey of the boundaries of the above described land and the
