Ali that part of Lot 37, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NUMBER 203 described as follows.
Commencing at a point on the extension of the East line of Lot 35, said Auditor's Subdivision,
distant 80 feet North of the Northeast corner thereof, thence West parallel with the North line of said
Lot 35 a distance of 250.28 feet to a point in a line drawn from the Northwest corner of said Lot 35
to a point 100 feet North of the North line of said Lot 35 and 425.04 feet East of the West line of Lot
37; thence Northeasterly to said point 100 feet North of the North line of Lot 35 and 425.04 feet East
of the West line of Lot 37; thence North parallel with the West line of said Lot 37 a distance of 155
feet to a point on a line drawn parallel with and distant 100 feet Southwesterly at right angles from
the center line of the main track of Minnesota Western Railway, thence Southeasterly along said
parallel line to a point 166 feet North at right angles from the North line of Lot 34; thence West
parallel with the North line of Lot 34 to the East line of Lot 35 extended, thence South 20 feet to the
point of beginning, according to the recorded plat thereof, and situate in Hennepin County,
Minnesota.

distance of 250.28 feet to the intersection of sold parallel line with a line drawn Northeasterly from

of said Lot 37 and distant 100 feet North of the North line of said Lot 35 in said Subdivision; thence
Southwesterly in a straight line to the point of beginning, according to the recorded plat thereof, and
