All of lots 21 and 2.2, Wallace's Addition to the 'tillage of `-linnetonka Beach, and that part of Lot 20, said addition,
and of Lot 12, 'Wilev's Navarre Addition, Lake 'Minnetonka, described as follows: Beginning at the most Easterly
corner of Lot 12, Wiley's Navarre Addition, Lake Minnetonka; thence Southwesterly 25 feet on a Iine drawn parallel
with ---the T14orthwesterly line -of said tot 20-,---said-W-al-lace's Ad-ditifn to Village of %linnetonka Beach; thence Northwesterly
to a point in a line dra,an parallel with the Northwesterly line of said Lot 20 and distant 2.0 feet Southeasterly
therefrom, said point being 25 feet Northeasterly along said parallel line from the Northerly corner of said
