The South 7.50 acres of the East 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 31,Township 118, Range 23, and that
part of the East 1/2 of the South 27.50 acres of the West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Northeast 114 lying
North of the Watertown Road described as beginning at the Northwest corner of the South 7.50 acres of the
East 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 31; thence North along the East line of said East 1/2 of the
