I am writing in regards to the above addressed property, tax parcel number 31-118-23-41-
0005. This office has received a complaint concerning the exterior storage of junk and
debris and unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicles. Staff inspected the property on April
13, 2007 and substantiated the complaint.
Please remove the offending materials,junk and debris, and the unlicensed/inoperable
vehicles from the property by May 6, 2007. I have enclosed information on the
upcoming city and county cleanup days. I would urge you to take advantage of these
opportunities.
