MINUTES OF THE
ORONO CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION
Monday, March 10,2014
6:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Lili McMillan, Council Members Lizz Levang and Aaron Printup; representing Staff
were City Administrator Jessica Loftus, Police Chief Correy Farniok, and Finance Director Ron
Olson.
Steve Kleineman from SKD Architects presented information on the police garage and addition project.
Discussion ensued regarding the site plan and cost options. Finance Director Ron Olson presented
information on CIP Funding and bonding. Councilmember's discussed the projects in the CIP from 2014
to 2016. The consensus of the Council was to move forward with posting notice for public hearings at
the April 14'h City Council meeting regarding the sale of bonds, a wetland buffer variance and
commercial site plan review.
The meeting closed at 6:50 p.m.
