Thank you for the updated information.
• Yardscapes should submit an updated landscape plan for our review.
• A building permit should be submitted for the proposed 7'tall retaining wall along with an engineered plan for our
review.
• The pool contractor should submit a pool permit.

Hi Christine,
The owners of this property are contracting with Yardscapes to install a pool and other landscaping items. I had Mark
Gronberg update his survey so it reflected where the pool will be going,the final septic location, and the final rain
garden layout. Yardscapes will be including this with their pool permit application but I wanted you to see this since it's
different than our original survey.
